Christmas time.

Wooo! Feels like Christmas! I went shopping and there were Christmas things all around!!!! (hahaha random comment!)

This is the time of the year (usually around December but I'm starting earlier this year) where I look back and meditate about what I've done. So, I don't regret one single thing. That's good! I strongly believe that everything happens for a reason. Yeah, everything. I've learned so much this year... I'm happy about that! It's been a really good year. Accomplished almost everything I wanted to (just one thing left to do! I still have November for that! And I will do it!). I'm happy. Happy is the word of this year

Love.

A friend asked me earlier today: "I hope I find love one day. Don't you?". Kept me thinking for a while and came down to a coherent answer (suits me at least). I don't go 'searching' for love. Why? I honestly believe is a waste of time. Why wasting time in searching for someone to love? If it's meant to happen, it will. Wouldn't it be more amazing to be swept away when you least expect it? Love finds, not the other way around.

Don't you love to find new things about yourself? I love discovering more about me Whoever thinks that 'knowing' a person is easy and quick... is so totally wrong! Why all this insight? A teacher asked me the other day: "Who are you?". Some people answer: "Well, I'm not christian, I'm single, I'm Mexican... etc etc" but that's according to social groups and beliefs. Who are you as a person? What defines YOU? Woah! That really put me to think about who I was. Not that I was insecure about me or else. But how in the hell do you answer that? So I started thinking about who I really was. I discovered some pretty interesting stuff that I ignored about me. Helped a lot to take an outer look at myself. I thought also about knowing people and I found it pretty amazing. To get to really know someone and discovering new things everyday. And yes, that's the secret of a great relationship.

So, sorry for the big/boring/thoughtful/personal blog. At night I start to talk about whatever crosses my mind hehehe! I'm off now!
